Valentines Day

Hello lovely readers,

While I don't feel Valentines day celebrations are a necessity, it is a great excuse to go out for a romantic meal or do something special with your partner.

One of my new goals in life is to live in the moment and enjoy all the happiness that comes your way. If that means celebrating Valentines day then so be it, it can't hurt after all.

I love low key, romantic dates and home made gifts and cards, so here are some of my Valentines day suggestions...

1. Go for a picnic in your local park. Get a nice big rug and a basket full of deli meats and cheeses and enjoy the summer sun just the two of you.

2. Moonlight Cinemas is showing the very romantic Breakfast at Tiffany's. Grab some ciders and a picnic basket full of goodies and enjoy nature, the summer night and a classic romantic film. Purchase tickets at: http://www.moonlight.com.au/
HOT TIP - Buy Gold Grass, you get a great little bean bag for the evening and have a nice big sectioned off area so you don't have to get there as early to save your spot.

3. Surprise your partner by booking a table at their favourite restaurant or by cooking up a storm form them before they get home from work.

4. I made these cute Dynamite Chocolates last year -

5. Bake these cute cupcakes as a little after dinner treat -
